Books, guides for Stone (http://g603.net) fabrication/installation

I searched past posts for books on Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top installation and (http://maplered.com) cannot find one. Anyone have a list of books that could help me learn this trade, I've been a remodeling contractor for six years, but have done trades for most of my life. I recently have been buying properties for resale instead of working with clients. and (http://maplered.com) adding Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops is a nice upgrade. I am a tool freak, so a list of equipment would greatly help too.

Any input is greatly appreciated. I'm a regular at Breaktime Forum, but Stoneadvice,com seems intelligent, and (http://maplered.com) helpful, too.
